I’ve found the sneakers I want but can’t select my size
If you can't select your sneaker size, try refreshing the page or checking for any browser issues. Ensure the size is in stock and available for purchase. If the problem persists, contact us on our customer service for assistance or check if the sneakers are sold out in your size.

Part of my order is missing
If part of your order is missing, check the packing slip or order confirmation to ensure everything was included. Contact the retailer’s customer service with your order number to report the issue. They can help locate the missing items or arrange for a refund.
